Man Tears

i write this blog with the aforementioned "man tears" in my eyes. I should explain the British and Irish lions are a rugby touring team from a pre professional rugby era. Since the game went professional the lions have been very unsuccessful and today saw that trend continue. I should be used to it by now, what with the massacre new Zealand handed to us 4 years ago. This time we actually looked good enough to do it. In the first game we came back and scored 14 unanswered to narrowly lose 26-21. Then in the second test we were winning 19-12 at one point, then when they came back we drew the game 25-25. Then Ronan "the wanker" O'Gara, conceded a stupid penalty and up steps Morne Steyn, (basically a mutant leg being from the kicking leg planet with head attached so he looks normal), to kick the ball 54 fucking metres to ruin any chance of the lions winning the series overall.

In other news Michael Jackson is dead. Why is it always that the most controversial celebrates get the most attention when they die. Moses the Kangaroo found a music channel had already produced a 4 hour tribute show to Jackson on the very day he had died. Fair enough to Michael Jackson at least with him he actually was famous for something other than a bizarre face and inappropriate behaviour. This whole thing brought back the whole Jade Goody thing. When the whole big brother thing happened my Mum said "she is an evil women" then when she got cancer and started doing anything for a quick buck my mum said "shes a really nice person deep down." It fucking pissed me off i can tel you. The media is fucked up, i will bet you all now that when Terry Pratchett goes to Alzheimer's that they'll be a quick headline then nothing.

I saw Russel Howard yesterday (thank you "Stalin the magician"), legendary fellow, better live than on TV IMO. Unfortunately as is my problem with all stand up comics i can never remember what half the jokes were, only that they made me laugh, very annoying.

If you see me, please don't mention Lions, Rugby or the colour red of ill just bang my head into the nearest table.
