Gotta love music. The one uniting factor through us all is music, no matter what genre.
I had a bit of downer when i got home and had fuck all to do (I really need a hobby). So since i had a bit of money in the bank i had a look at the top 100 songs on itunes and bought a few. One in particular stood out. I have not heard this song in fucking ages, although it can't really be called a song, or a rap, more a self help guide set to music. I first heard it, i think in an assembly all the way back in yr7/8. I dunno if its just sad old me who likes it and is willing to pay money to hear it, but I'll link at the bottom so you know what the hell I'm wittering on about.
Music is hugely powerful, some movies make break by there music. In yr 10 i had to finish GCSE maths in a year, for the first months i was completely lost. Then it came to the first piece of coursework. I was shitting bricks, way more than i had any right to. We had one week left and I'd done fuck all, so i' listen to my favourite band at the time (muse) and try and forget about it. Problem is i trained myself like a lab rat is trained to think cheese is coming when a bell is ringed. Even to this day i still get twinges of panic when i hear muse.
Creepy stories from childhood over with now
here's the song i mentioned

You have a hobby. It's blogging. Now watch it slowly take over your life, like tetris did mine. SMBx
